The Zacate Creek Green District Coalition seeks to improve the quality of life for residents of El Azteca neighborhood.
The ultimate goal is to break the traditional dependency that Persons with Lived Experience (Azteca Residents) have historically relied upon and completion through transfer of power so they are not dependent on external decision makers.
